Hello fellow human❤️
You’re here! You took the time to open this email, and I’m grateful. Very.
When I wrote this copy, it was before the world went a little crazier. I feel even more strongly that we need to create a practice of self-love, gratitude, and kindness. In addition to our practical daily business and/or health goals, these intentions MUST stay at the top of the list. We need to be the change. The world needs us. Okay, now back to my script.
By now you realize that I flit in and out. Regardless that you haven’t heard from me, I’ve been busy writing, creating, paying it forward, and learning all kinds of stuff. Along the way, I work on keeping my sense of humor and enjoying the ride.
And now for my next act, I’m doing this, a RESET YOUR MINDSET INTENTION SETTING WORKSHOP On Sunday, March 4th at 4 PM EST on Zoom, where I’ll share my practice of how I stay focused, remain grateful, be kind, and find joy.
As a semi-retired 66-year-old, I had no idea that I would be doing the things I’m doing now. I’m a person with crazy curiosity and a desire to get the most juice out of life. I’m always reading some self-development book or taking some course to grow spiritually, mentally, and to be a wholehearted mensch. So when I organically created my Intention/Recovery/Prayer/Healing Dry Erase Boards it seemed evident to me how they could be incorporated as part of a daily practice of healing and growth. What I’ve learned is that most people don’t get that. So I decided to create a workshop. It’s a first for me, and although I’m a bit nervous, I’m also excited. Whether you need to let go of a bad habit, stay focused on a career path, eat better, or sleep more, this workshop may be for you.

Reset Your Mindset, Intention Setting Workshop on March 6, at 4 PM EST.
While doing my research I learned that 80% of people will have given up on their New Year’s resolutions by February. That’s crazy but not surprising, knowing that mindset matters most. When we create a daily positive practice we create new healthy habits, which in turn support a healthy and invigorated mindset. Research shows that a positive mindset is crucial for a positive outcome. Moreover when we incorporate writing by hand, be it a prayer, a quote, or an affirmation, and see it throughout the day, it serves as an anchor. I created Intention Boards to serve as big beautiful post-it notes.
Whether you use pen and paper or my new and improved Intentions Boards, the practice is simple, and yet the magic can be profound. In my workshop, there will be no rah rah statements, no promises of money, or that your life will change forever. What I can promise, like with any program, it works if you work it.
Together we will plant seeds to nurture and support your purpose and intentions. I’ll present the latest research on habits and what makes for a happy life.
By the way, I’ve always known that we teach what we need to learn. The universe must have had a hand in this, as this workshop is already helping me ratchet up my personal practice.
I’m still doing my photography and photo philanthropy. This is my dharma. Hopefully, now that we are finding our balance and the pandemic is ebbing, I’ll be able to continue this work as it gives me great joy. My small business supports my philanthropy. My blessings are many and my gratitude is profound.
May you find your joy today.
I hope to SEE you soon on Zoom at my workshop.
